Users can request feedback from other users by creating review.
Note: Depending on your assigned Account/Project Role, you may, or may not be able to create/edit Reviews.
Before starting these steps ensure you have navigated to the project.
Note: Reviews are created inside an existing Project. Before creating a Review, confirm you know all Assets and Resources to be associated with the Review.
Click the Assets tab at the top of the screen, select the asset(s) to include in the review.
Click the More Options icon and select Create Review from Selected.
- Populate the necessary fields in the Information section
- Add the required Resources in the Resources section
- Confirm your assets in the Assets section
An email notification will be sent to all Resources assigned to the Review and it will also appear on their Work Screen. An approval review requires an Approve, or Reject response from your reviewers to complete.
Click the Reviews tab.
Click the chevron next to the Plus icon, select Feedback from the dropdown menu
Complete the necessary fields in the Information section, add your people in the Resources section and add your assets in the Assets section, then click Save.
An email notification will be sent to all Resources assigned to the Review and it will also appear on their Work Screen. A feedback review requires your reviewers to submit a "Feedback Complete" response to indicate they are done.
Navigate to the Resources Tab of the Project
Add people to your project to grant them access to the assets. Depending on their notification settings they will be informed that they have been added to this project.
They can then login and annotate and provide feedback on any assets they have permissions to see.
You are now able to request feedback and responses from people on your assets!
